How do I start the process from my home country?

Do you help with visa or entry requirements?

Yes. We provide an invitation letter and referral documents to support your medical-visa application or fast-track entry.

What accommodation options are available?

We partner with several hotels at different price points within a short drive of the clinic. We’ll send you a list and can handle your reservation.

How will I get from the airport to my hotel or the clinic?

We offer complimentary airport pick-up and drop-off in our VIP shuttle.

Are translators available?

Yes, our interpreters cover English, French, Italian, Russian, Arabic, German and more. You can request language support at any stage.

What documents or tests should I arrange before traveling?

Please bring any recent medical reports for chronic conditions (for example, diabetes or hypertension), along with your passport bio page, our invitation letter for visa support, and proof of travel insurance. There’s no need to arrange imaging or lab tests in advance and we’ll take care of all necessary blood work and assessments once you arrive.

How soon before my procedure should I arrive?

We recommend arriving at least one full day before surgery to attend your in-person pre-op consultation and rest.

Can I combine multiple treatments in one trip?

Absolutely. We’ll coordinate your schedule—hair, dental, aesthetic—to minimize your stay while ensuring safe surgical spacing.
